Welcome to openstrike.io. This is a pre-launch website where you can learn about OpenStrike and join our early-access list. By using this site, you agree to the following.
What this site is
OpenStrike is not yet available. This site provides information about the product and lets you join an early-access list to be notified when it launches. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept, and nothing on it creates an account, a paid membership, or any entitlement to the product.
The early-access list and the founding offer
Joining the early-access list does not reserve a founding membership. A successful payment does. Joining also does not guarantee you any particular price, any particular launch date, or access to the product.
Founding pricing for the first 250 active members. Keep it for as long as your membership stays active. An active member is a paying member; joining the early-access list does not make you one.
No payment is possible today: this site does not sell anything and does not collect payment details. When the product launches, the founding offer will be governed by the terms published at that time.
We are not a broker or an adviser, and this is not advice
OpenStrike is a tool for viewing market structure and context. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Any description of the product describes what it shows, not what markets will do. Trading involves risk, and any decisions you make are your own.
OpenStrike Inc. is not a registered broker, dealer, investment adviser, or exchange. This site does not accept orders, execute trades, hold funds or securities, or provide any brokerage service.
Any chart or interface shown on this site is an illustration drawn for design purposes. It is not market data, and it does not represent any real security, price, or period.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to join the early-access list. By joining, you confirm that you are, and that the email address you give is your own.
Using the site fairly
Please do not scrape the site, submit addresses automatically or in bulk, submit an address that is not yours, interfere with the site or its security measures, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access where we need to.
By joining the early-access list, you consent to receive commercial email from us about OpenStrike, as described in our Privacy Policy. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Our content
The OpenStrike name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to OpenStrike Inc. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
The site is provided as is
We provide this site as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we do not promise a launch date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, or from any delay or change to the product. Some places do not allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded; there, this section applies as far as those laws permit.
If part of this does not hold
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
